Not sure if you're fit enough to join our 3 hour sessions?
Commit to our 6 week program. Learn the skills and knowledge required for trekking as we take you out on the trails. Improve your fitness over 6 weeks. Sessions are adapted to suit individual fitness levels and run for 60 minutes in Garigal National Park starting from Acron Oval, St Ives. They include regular stops along the trails with lots of trekking technique practice and whole body workouts.

Each week a different trekking topic is discussed followed by a 45 minute session out on the trails.
