BUSH WORKOUTS

Experience the benefits of exercising in the surrounding bushland while incorporating a high energy full body workout. The sessions run for 60 minutes in Kuringai National Park based at Acron oval. The tracks explored during this session include The Bare Creek trail, Lower Cambourne Track and the Cascades Trail. This is a fast paced walk with sections of jogging for those comfortable. Regular stops to perform whole body workouts and hill repeats. All fitness levels welcome as there are options for everyone.
